Our flagship class fuses strength training with bursts of high-intensity movement to build, strengthen, and energize body and mind. Each session alternates between total-body work on the machine and dynamic, muscle-focused floor exercises with dumbbells. From core-crushing ab work to glute-focused sets, every class maximizes output and develops functional strength. Expect a thoughtfully programmed balance of power, pace, and control - all in a vibrant studio that keeps you motivated from start to finish. Cardio with the Heart of a Cross-Country Skier

Cardio

Elevate your endurance with Cardio. This high-intensity class, inspired by cross-country skiing, blends fast-paced machine exercises with dynamic floor routines to maximize calorie burn and improve your VO2 Max. Pilates-Inspired Deep Muscle Workout

Sculpt

Sculpt is a strength and stability class that blends Pilates-inspired principles with deep muscle activation. This low-impact, high-focus workout targets both major muscle groups and often-overlooked stabilizers - sculpting, strengthening, and aligning body and mind. Expect slow, deliberate movements with emphasis on form, breath, and mind-to-muscle connection to improve posture, enhance balance, and build body awareness. Each session closes with mindful breathwork to calm the nervous system and restore clarity - leaving you centered, strong, and recharged

Fitness Space

Join our Fitness Space, where you'll find top-notch equipment in an intimate setting without the hassle of overcrowding. For just 650 DKK per month, you'll receive a towel upon arrival and have access to our facilities during opening hours. You also have access to our changing rooms with complimentary shower products

Questions and good to know
What should I know before my first class?

Please arrive 20 minutes before your class starts. First-timers will be let into the studio 5 minutes before class for a short introduction to the equipment and setup. To respect the experience of all clients, we do not allow late arrivals for first-time participants

What should I wear?

For Strong and Cardio classes, wear indoor training shoes.

For Sculpt, you can wear toe socks or indoor training shoes.

For Revival classes, we reccomend that you wear toe socks.

Do I have to bring my own mat?

You’re welcome to bring your own, but we provide high-quality mats at the studio for all classes.

What level are the classes suitable for?

All our classes are suitable for all levels. If you’re unsure where to start, feel free to reach out — our instructors are here to guide you and help you get the most out of your experience.
