Wellness is one of the key takeaways at Nordic. All guests have access to full shower facilities, complete with our signature shower products, nourishing body balms, hairdryers, and secure lockers. Towels are provided for every visit.

In addition to our studio, we offer a spacious Nordic sauna that accommodates up to 18 people — perfect for team-building, post-workout recovery, or unwinding after a strategy session.
For a deeper experience, add a guided Saunagus ritual led by our skilled gusmasters. Intense heat, essential oils, and rhythmic towel work create a space for clarity, reset, and real connection — both with yourself and your team.

Nordic Strong
Nordic Strong
Our flagship class combines high-energy routines with strength-building exercises. Participants alternate between the Nordic Trainer and dumbbell floor work, targeting various muscle groups from abs to glutes. Each session is tailored for intensity, delivering a dynamic, full-body workout in a vibrant atmosphere.
Nordic Cardio
Inspired by cross-country skiing, this high-intensity class blends fast-paced Nordic Trainer exercises with dynamic floor routines. The goal is to maximize calorie burn and improve cardiovascular endurance (VO2 Max). Participants can expect a full-body workout that is both challenging and exhilarating, ideal for boosting cardiovascular health.
Nordic Sculpt
This class combines Pilates principles with deep muscle activation, focusing on precision and control. Using the Nordic Trainer, it targets both large and small muscle groups to sculpt the physique and enhance balance. Each session concludes with mindful breathwork, offering a holistic approach to align body and mind

Nordic Revival
Mobility
A 55-minute session designed to enhance movement through active, passive, and dynamic mobility exercises. The class begins with myofascial release techniques to increase range of motion, followed by various mobility drills, and concludes with mindful breathwork to align body and mind.
Total Form
This 55-minute low-impact class focuses on classical Pilates exercises. It emphasizes longer holds, pulses, and variations to achieve deep muscle activation, targeting both smaller and larger muscle groups for a balanced workout. Suitable for all levels, including beginners and pre- and postnatal participants.
Primal Move
A dynamic 55-minute bodyweight class that explores primal movements, encouraging participants to discover new ways of moving. By placing hands and feet in contact with the ground, the class enhances strength, mobility, coordination, and mental focus. Accessible and challenging for all fitness levels.
Power Form
This advanced 55-minute mat class combines HIIT, strength training, and Pilates. It pushes limits with powerful movements, improves endurance, and conditions the entire body. The full-body workout with minimal breaks aims to challenge participants and build strength.
