When you order a Nordic Trainer from our website, here's what you'll get:
- Built-in Bluetooth Connectivity: Your Nordic Trainer comes with a Bluetooth device already set up. This means you can easily connect it to your iPhone, iPod, or iPad. This connection could allow you to track your workouts and access training programs when using the Nordic Strong App. Read more about the app here.
- Pro Poles: The Nordic Trainer includes a pair of Pro poles that suit your height. Please provide your height when ordering, and we will find a suitable pair for you. You can view the different lengths of our Pro poles here.

To clean the Nordic Trainer, wipe the machine free of sweat, dust, dirt, and moisture after use.
The rails should be cleaned
once a month:
1) Dab a cloth with alcohol and wipe the rails with the cloth.
2) Apply oil to a dry cloth and lubricate the rails
